To make the marinade, combine vinegar, vegetable oil, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and cayenne
marinate meat over night
thread meat on to skewers, alternating veggies (onion, green peper, meat, onion, red pepper)
preheat oven to 400
place on oven safe rack on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (works best if rack sits an inch or so off of baking sheet)
bake about 15 minutes
